About Us

The company DBG Art und Bauen GmbH b.a.g. art design, is a medium-sized company in the field of work of renovation and rental of real estate with headquarters in Wiesbaden since 1988.

The aim of the company is the stylish renovation to restore the original architecture of selected cultural monuments and listed buildings with modern-market optimal use.

Our objects are an expression of a high quality demand on the used products, materials, our regional partner companies and of course on ourselves. Restoration means to consider the individual character of a building. This principle takes a special place within our company philosophy.

The head of the company is bijan a. ghassabei, who on the one hand presides over the creative design area in his capacity as a specialist designer for old building renovation and "surgeon for old houses", and on the other hand is responsible for the economic-financial area in his capacity as managing director. Mr. Ghassabei has been involved in the renovation and subsequent rental of his numerous properties for decades.

The management of the unique listed building, which is located in a prime location in Wiesbaden, costs the owner - as he himself says: "a lot of patience, money and nerves". Nevertheless, the effort and costly core renovation is worth it.

"The Pearl of Wiesbaden" developed over the years under the management of Mr. bijan a. ghassabei, supported by his two children Bijan Maximilian Ghassabei and Roxana Elisa Ghassabei, into a first-class, stylish and profit-generating property.
